Spanish Warmth for Hong Kong's Festive Season

Qué Pasa Tapas y Vino embraces Hong Kong's festive season with specially crafted Spanish menus and celebratory specials available from 24 November through 31 December 2025. The Tai Hang venue brings authentic Spanish Christmas traditions to life through both an accessible lunch menu and impressive festive specials designed for memorable gatherings.

The approach honours Spanish festive dining culture, where celebration revolves around generous sharing, quality ingredients, and unhurried enjoyment. Rather than creating entirely new offerings, Qué Pasa enhances its menu with seasonal specials whilst maintaining the tapas traditions that built its loyal following.

Festive Lunch: Spanish Midday Celebration

The two-course festive lunch serves daily from 11:30 to 17:00, priced at HK$148 and structured around traditional Spanish meal progression. The first course presents seven options spanning Christmas Soup, Chef's Salad, Tomato Bread with garlic and EVOO, and Endive Salad with radicchio, olives, quince paste, and pepper parsley dressing. Iberico Ham Croquettes deliver classic Spanish comfort, whilst Gambas al Ajillo presents garlic prawns with a HK$48 supplement. Jamón Teruel Ham 25g provides authentic Spanish charcuterie for lighter openings.

Second courses embrace Spanish cooking traditions through seven substantial options. Grilled Baby Squid arrives with mojo verde, parsley oil, and paprika, whilst Striploin from Charcoal Oven brings premium beef with fried potatoes and chimichurri for a HK$48 supplement. Three rice preparations showcase Spanish technique: Juicy Crab Meat Rice with chorizo and parsley, Juicy Chicken Rice with snow peas and peppers, and Juicy Mushroom Rice with chives and snow peas. Smoke Salmon Bikini Toastie pairs fried potatoes with tomato salad, whilst Lamb T-Bone arrives with mojo rojo, mojo verde, and chips at a HK$68 supplement. Desserts include Nuts Cookies with yogurt and mint, or Churros with chocolate sauce, both at HK$18.

Festive Specials: Showpiece Celebrations

The festive specials menu presents four impressive options designed for sharing and special occasions. The Charcoal-Grilled Tomahawk 1kg at HK$998 commands attention as the menu's centrepiece, arriving with Padron peppers, patatas bravas, mojo sauce, and chimichurri. Half Boston Lobster Juicy Rice at HK$288 brings premium seafood celebration through Spanish rice preparation with peas, tomatoes, and corn.

Baby Octopus Stew at HK$98 honours Spanish coastal traditions through slow cooking with chorizo, chickpeas, tomato, and parsley, served with bread. Bartolillos Madrileños at HK$68 for three pieces brings Madrid's traditional Christmas pastry to Tai Hang, with filo dough parcels filled with vanilla pastry cream offering authentic seasonal sweetness.

The festive menu runs continuously from 24 November through New Year's Eve, acknowledging that December celebrations extend beyond Christmas Day itself. Group bookings receive dedicated attention through info@quepasatapas.com, where the team handles menu customisation, dietary requirements, and celebration timing. Menu pricing includes 10% service charge.
