Bartlomiej Szyniec
Founder & CEO
Bartlomiej Szyniec, Founder and CEO of Deadly Rabbits Concepts, brings determination and innovation to his role. Born in post-communist Poland, he holds a BA in Hospitality Management from DIT Dublin and has a background in legal studies. Under his leadership, DRC has seen significant growth, with numerous successful projects reflecting his strategic vision. Bartlomiej's advice to industry newcomers: "Success requires hard work and resilience. Surround yourself with individuals who challenge and support your growth."
Normi Manansala
Group General Manager
Normi Manansala, General Manager at Deadly Rabbits Concepts, brings warmth and efficiency to her role. Her hospitality journey includes positions as Reservation Manager at Aqua and Guest Relations Manager at CE LA VI. At DRC, Normi has been instrumental in opening all seven restaurants, overseeing daily operations, human resources, and events. Her data-driven approach to maximizing covers and sales, combined with a guest-centric mindset, makes her an invaluable asset to the company.
Chris Bandel
Senior Food & Beverage Manager
Chris Bandel's hospitality career spans continents and cuisines. Starting in Poland, he became a Head Chef in London at 24 before moving to Hong Kong in 2008. There, he contributed to The Press Room Group's expansion and was Pre-Opening Executive Chef at Ovolo Southside Hotel. As Senior Food and Beverage Manager at Deadly Rabbits Concepts, Chris oversees daily operations, bridging kitchen creativity and operational excellence. His extensive culinary skills and passion for hospitality bring a unique perspective to the team.
Chester Grucza
Training & Development Manager
Chester Grucza brings over 24 years of hospitality experience to Deadly Rabbits Concepts. His career, spanning Hong Kong, the UK, Spain, and Poland, began in 2000 at London's mega-venues like Ministry of Sound. At DRC, Chester heads brand development and staff training, leveraging his extensive venue management expertise. He played a key role in several venues successful openings. Chester's passion for hospitality shines through his work, and his expertise is recognized through his involvement in industry committees and judging panels.
