Summer truffle season arrives at Ask for Alonzo with an exceptional celebration across all five Hong Kong Island locations. From 3 to 31 July 2025, the modern Italian trattoria presents a carefully crafted three-course dinner menu for HK$348 per person, transforming familiar Italian comfort dishes with the earthy elegance of freshly shaved summer truffles.
This limited-time offering brings seasonal Italian traditions to Hong Kong's dining scene, with each dish enhanced by generous 4-gram portions of summer truffles that ensure every bite delivers the distinctive aroma and flavour that makes truffle season so anticipated amongst food enthusiasts.
A Generous Celebration of Summer's Finest
The three-course experience begins with a choice between Fresh Burrata adorned with summer truffles, fresh basil, heirloom tomatoes, and aromatic pesto, or Beef Carpaccio featuring tender beef tenderloin topped with summer truffles, rocket, and aged Parmesan cheese. Both starters showcase how premium ingredients elevate familiar Italian preparations into memorable dining moments.
For the main course, diners select from three carefully developed options. The Truffle & Mushroom Ragout Linguine combines summer truffles with earthy mushrooms in luxurious cream sauce, whilst the Roasted Chicken Breast arrives with summer truffles over creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal Italian vegetables. Vegetarian guests can enjoy the Pan-Roasted Primavera Salad, featuring summer truffles with mixed Italian vegetables and pine nuts.
The experience concludes with Alonzo's Signature Tiramisu, providing the perfect sweet finale that allows the truffle flavours to linger whilst offering traditional Italian comfort that brings families together around the table.
