Deadly Rabbits Concepts Launches New Catering Menus for Hong Kong Events

Planning an event shouldn't mean compromising on good food. Whether you're organising a corporate lunch, celebrating a birthday, or hosting friends on a junk boat, getting everyone fed well whilst keeping things simple makes all the difference. Deadly Rabbits Concepts has developed new catering menus that bring the authentic flavours of Italian, Spanish, and French cuisine directly to your gathering.

The new catering offerings reflect what each restaurant does best whilst solving the real challenges event organisers face. These sharing tray sets feed groups of six to ten people, with options to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences without fuss.

Ask for Alonzo: Italian Family Comfort

Ask for Alonzo's catering menu brings the warmth of Italian family dining to your event through three different offerings. The Italian Gathering ($1,588 for 6-8 people) includes crowd-pleasers like Greek Salad with feta cheese, Potato & Mozzarella Croquettes, and the restaurant's popular Carbonara with crispy Roman guanciale. For larger groups, the Classic Italian ($2,588 for 8-10 people) adds favourites like Caprese Salad, Penne Arrabbiata, and Sea Bass Fillet, whilst the Italian Deluxe ($2,988 for 8-10 people) includes premium touches like Italian cold cuts, Burrata cheese, and Truffle & Mushroom Linguine.

Each menu focuses on the kind of hearty, shareable dishes that make people feel at home around the table. The selection balances familiar comfort food with some special preparations, ensuring everyone finds something they'll enjoy whilst discovering a few new favourites.

Qué Pasa: Spanish Social Dining

Qué Pasa's catering approach embraces the Spanish way of eating—where meals unfold naturally and conversations flow freely. The Spanish Gathering ($1,588 for 6-8 people) introduces guests to genuine tapas culture through Bean Salad with chickpea purée, Jamón Teruel Ham, and Patatas Aioli with smoked paprika. The Spanish Afternoon ($2,588 for 8-10 people) builds on this foundation with additions like Ibérico Chorizo, Braised Tripe Stew, and Cauliflower with chickpea purée.

The Spanish Deluxe ($2,988 for 8-10 people) steps things up with premium selections including Padrón Peppers, Ibérico Ham Croquettes, and Smoked Salmon Bikini. Each offering demonstrates how Spanish cuisine naturally creates moments where business discussions or personal celebrations can unfold organically through shared plates and unhurried eating.

À Poêle: French Bistro Dining

À Poêle's catering selection captures what makes French bistro dining special—good ingredients prepared well and presented without pretension. The French Party ($1,588 for 6-8 people) starts with Caesar Salad, Stuffed Eggs with mayo and truffle, and Duck Confit with puy lentils, establishing the refined yet approachable tone that defines French hospitality. The French Gathering ($2,588 for 8-10 people) expands the offering with Niçoise Salad, French Cheese Board, and Merguez Sausage Orecchiette.

The French Deluxe ($2,988 for 8-10 people) showcases the bistro's expertise through premium selections including French Cold Cuts and Cheese, Beef Cheek Bourguignon, and Mushroom Risotto with truffle oil. These combinations show how French cooking balances technique with accessibility, creating memorable meals that enhance rather than overwhelm your gathering.

About Deadly Rabbits Concepts

Founded in 2019, Deadly Rabbits Concepts has established itself as an innovative dining group renowned for creativity in the Hong Kong restaurant scene, offering top-notch yet wallet-friendly modern European cuisines.

The group draws its inspiration from the whimsical world of Monty Python, paired with the delightfully absurd sense of humour of Poland, the homeland of founder Bart Szyniec. His belief that the F&B industry should embody fun and light-heartedness remains expressed through the group's playful logo and unique name.

Deadly Rabbits Concepts has become known for its resilience, having navigated the city's challenges during its initial years, including the pandemic. Despite these difficulties, the group has adapted to new norms whilst thriving in Hong Kong's rapidly changing dining scene.

This creative hospitality group is the driving force behind several beloved neighbourhood dining venues, including the modern Italian restaurant Ask for Alonzo at five locations: Wan Chai, Quarry Bay, Tai Hang, Happy Valley, and Soho. In 2024, Deadly Rabbits Concepts introduced two new culinary concepts: À Poêle French Bistro in Quarry Bay and Qué Pasa Spanish Tapas Y Vino in Tai Hang.
