Validity Period
This e-voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be stated on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable & Single Use
This e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or in full. It is valid for one (1) single transaction only.
No Extension Policy
Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be permitted under any circumstances.
Tampering & Fraud
The management reserves the right to refuse any e-voucher that has been altered, duplicated, damaged, tampered with, or deemed invalid in any way.
Loss or Theft
Deadly Rabbits Concepts is not responsible for any lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorised use of e-vouchers. No replacement will be issued.
Redemption Locations
This e-voucher is redeemable for food and beverage purchases at participating Deadly Rabbits Concepts outlets in Hong Kong.
Balance & Spending
If the total bill exceeds the value of the e-voucher, the remaining balance must be settled by the guest using other accepted payment methods. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
Right of Final Decision
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Deadly Rabbits Concepts management shall be final and binding.
