À Poêle Launches New Free-Flow Oysters & Mussels Promotions

À Poêle French Bistro welcomes 2026 with weekly seafood celebrations: Oyster Mondays at HK$388 and Mussel Thursdays at HK$348 in Quarry Bay. Both three-course dinners feature 60 minutes of free-flow seafood from 5pm to 10pm. Oyster Mondays welcome walk-ins, whilst Mussel Thursdays require advance booking. Three French mussel preparations—Meunière, Provençal, and Normande—honour authentic bistro traditions with seasonal oysters.
