The 'Auntie Maria's Brunch' captures the essence of traditional Italian gatherings, where meals are celebrated, conversations flow freely, and time seems to stand still.

Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm across all five locations—Quarry Bay, Tai Hang, Happy Valley, Star Street and SoHo—this extended service transforms the typical brunch experience into something altogether more meaningful and unhurried.

A Tribute to Italian Family Tradition

'Auntie Maria's Brunch' draws inspiration from the nurturing spirit of Italian home cooking, where food becomes an expression of care and connection. Each dish has been thoughtfully developed to evoke the comforting embrace of meals prepared by a beloved Italian nonna, emphasising generous portions ideal for sharing amongst friends and family.

The three-course experience is priced at HK$268 per person, beginning with a beautifully presented sharing platter of antipasti. Guests receive an enticing array featuring an Italian Cold Cuts Selection, Crispy Calamari served with lemon mayo and zesty capers, and traditional Tomato Bruschetta on crispy garlic bread—a perfect introduction to the convivial dining experience that follows.

For the main course, diners may select from an impressive eight options, each representing a different facet of Italian culinary tradition. Morning classics receive an Italian twist with the Breakfast Carbonara, featuring spaghetti with Roman guanciale and black pepper, crowned with a perfectly fried egg. The Italian Frittata comes generously filled with sausage, asparagus and melted cheese, whilst Alonzo's Breakfast offers a hearty start with eggs prepared to preference alongside grilled sausages, asparagus, and rocket and tomato salad.

Those seeking more substantial fare might opt for the indulgent TLC Sandwich topped with slow-cooked Bolognese ragout and a blanket of melted cheeses, or the Mortadella Panini served on toasted ciabatta with roasted peppers and accompanied by Parmesan fries. Pasta enthusiasts can select the Oven-baked Rigatoni with cheese and mushroom fondue or the classic Spaghetti alle Vongole with garlic-infused clams and white wine.

The signature 'Auntie Maria's Baked Eggs and Meatballs' stands as the menu's centrepiece—hand-minced beef and pork meatballs, fried to seal in their juices before being nestled in rich tomato sauce and finished in the oven with baked eggs and melted cheese. This dish exemplifies the care and attention characteristic of treasured family recipes.

The experience concludes with a choice of desserts: the venue's signature Tiramisu, a delicate White Chocolate Panna Cotta topped with wild berry compote, or 'My Auntie's Toast'—buttery brioche paired with creamy mascarpone and wild berry compote.
