The brunch experience begins with an Appetiser Platter featuring Italian cold cuts, crispy calamari, and tomato bruschetta, followed by eight main course options including the signature Breakfast Carbonara with Roman guanciale and fried egg, and the standout Auntie Maria's Baked Eggs and Meatballs—hand-minced beef and pork meatballs fried to golden perfection before being nestled in rich tomato sauce with baked eggs and melted cheese.
